What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business area and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support the overall operation of the location.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs or reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
