Overview
For 50 years, Microsoft has built the tools the world works on while learning alongside our customers as work itself has evolved. Today, AI is transforming not only how work gets done, but how organizations think about technology investment, consumption, and value. FinOps is emerging as a critical discipline for this new era, helping organizations plan AI investments, govern and optimize consumption, and connect spend to measurable business outcomes. Microsoft has an opportunity to help shape this conversation across the industry, grounded in how customers are adopting Microsoft Copilot and agents at scale.
