What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maximizing equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime
Maintain and repair conveyors, mixers, ovens, packaging equipment, and production lines
Troubleshoot electrical systems including 3-phase motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, and PLC-controlled equipment
Work with pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
Respond quickly to production issues and breakdowns to keep operations running efficiently
Complete work orders and document repairs, maintenance activities, and parts usage accurately
Follow OSHA, GMP, food safety, and company safety standards at all times
Partner with operations and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
Experience maintaining motors, controls, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic equipment
Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
Food, beverage, packaging, or automated manufacturing experience
Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation systems
Welding, fabrication, or machining experience
Technical degree, maintenance certification, or military mechanical experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
