About the Role:
At CrowdStrike, we know that our technology is only as good as the people behind it. We seek the best and brightest intelligence analysts, threat responders, researchers and engineers to help our organization maintain and advance its position as the market leader in cloud-delivered next-generation endpoint protection. We combine intellectual curiosity with proven and nascent technologies to deliver actionable intelligence to stay ahead of adversaries and provide iron-clad breach detection and prevention to our clients. Ready to join the market leader in cloud-delivered endpoint protection?
Intel Automation Team:
The collection, processing, and exploration of information at a large scale is at the core of the Intelligence mission at CrowdStrike. The Intelligence Automation team is responsible for prototyping, building and operating the systems that make up our Intelligence pipeline, and we'd like you to join us!
Our team's work spans a wide range of disciplines - from data science and machine learning over platform and infrastructure engineering to traditional software engineering and security research. Wherever you land, one theme is constant: we use AI to build systems that do real work, reliably. That means designing the tools, environments, guardrails and evaluations that let AI-driven workflows be trusted with production tasks.
As an employee in a globally distributed team, you connect to your co-workers mostly via Slack and Zoom. In this setting your ability to work unsupervised, communicate asynchronously, and take initiative in maintaining lines of communication is crucial.
What You'll Do:
Choose your own project based on your preferences and experience, across areas such as:
Data Science and AI: multi-agent orchestration, RAG, sandboxing, software factory, evaluations, self-improvement loops
Infrastructure and Platform Engineering: operating containerized workloads and CI/CD pipelines, and building the environments and tooling that development and AI workflows run in safely
Software Engineering: writing scalable, production-ready code and the tests and automation that keep it correct
Security Research: binary analysis, vulnerability research and threat intelligence
Regardless of the project you'll end up working on, you will:
Architect AI-assisted systems with real-world impact: define how AI components integrate with tools, data sources and each other, and how their output is verified.
Learn what it takes to run AI workflows in production - evaluation, monitoring, failure handling and continuous improvement
Work directly with Senior Data Scientists, Engineers, and Researchers
What You'll Need:
Undergraduate/Masters student in your penultimate year of study (2028 graduate) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
Solid knowledge and experience in at least one of: Python Go, Rust, JavaScript/ TypeScript
Comfortable working in a Linux environment, with git and modern CI/CD
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes. You can show repos, workflows or projects where you directed AI agents to do substantial work.
The ability to design around AI rather than just prompt it: you naturally think in interfaces, test suites, failure modes and quality gates when letting an AI system act on real tasks
Ability to communicate technical detail in a simple, top-down manner
Ability to independently make sound, justifiable decisions and take action
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work independently and meet deadlines
The Attitude We're Looking For:
You're a problem solver with a can-do attitude who loves interesting challenges
You're interested in the latest technologies in your field of expertise
You're self-motivated and actively seeking opportunities to grow
You take correctness personally: when an AI produces your work, you still consider quality your responsibility
You're looking to work in a globally distributed team

Right to Work
CrowdStrike was founded in 2011 to fix a fundamental problem: The sophisticated attacks that were forcing the world's leading businesses into the headlines could not be solved with existing malware-based defenses. Founder George Kurtz realized that a brand new approach was needed - one that combines the most advanced endpoint protection with expert intelligence to pinpoint the adversaries perpetrating the attacks, not just the malware.
There's much more to the story of how Falcon has redefined endpoint protection but there's only one thing to remember about CrowdStrike: We stop breaches.
