Staff Accountant

You'll work directly with senior leadership and gain hands-on experience across accounting, reporting, payroll, ERP systems, and business operations.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Maintain the general ledger and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date
Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities
Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Process payroll and maintain supporting documentation
Assist in preparing financial reports and operational reporting packages
Support audit requests, compliance initiatives, and banking reviews
Help improve accounting processes and internal controls
Partner with multiple departments to ensure smooth business operations
Contribute to an upcoming ERP and business systems implementation
What We're Looking For
2-5 years of accounting experience
Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations
Familiarity with financial reporting and month-end close activities
Background in AP, AR, and payroll functions
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
