Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam offers five star deluxe service in a unique historical setting, combining French elegance with Amsterdam's rich heritage. As part of the French hotel group Accor, we deliver unforgettable luxury experiences to guests from around the world.
Located in the former City Hall of Amsterdam, the hotel features 177 luxurious rooms, including 52 suites. The Grand also offers 19 meeting rooms, an urban spa, Garden Bistro Oriole and the fine dining restaurant Bridges.

About the internship
During your internship, you will be part of the enthusiastic and experienced Sales & Marketing team. You will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Assistant Director of Sales and the Sales Managers. It's a unique opportunity to discover how commercial strategy and hospitality come together at five-star level.
What will you do?
- Collect and analyze sales data for internal reporting
- Create inspiring and representative Sales Kits
- Support ongoing projects within the Sales team
- Process proposal requests and keep databases up to date
- Play an active role in the team's administrative tasks
You will be an important link between strategy and execution, with plenty of room to show initiative.

Qualifications
Your profile
- You are studying Hospitality Management, Sales, Commercial Economics or a similar field
- You have a strong interest in the world of luxury hospitality
- You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
- You are available from June (September at the latest) 2025, for a period of at least 6 months
- You are eager to learn, accurate and have a proactive, positive attitude
