We are looking for a Product and Sales Enablement Manager to build and lead that engine from the ground up. You will design onboarding programs from the ground up, maintain a single source of truth for our sales and product assets, run ongoing training, and manage an internal knowledge hub that the whole organization relies on. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who loves turning scattered information into structured, usable knowledge and who measures success by how quickly and confidently our teams can do their jobs.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales/Revenue Enablement, Product Enablement, or enablement-focused GTM roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of building an onboarding program from scratch (not just maintaining an existing framework).
- AI & Automation Mindset: Active user of modern AI productivity tools to accelerate content creation, documentation, and enablement workflows.
- Hands-on experience building and managing internal knowledge platforms (e.g., Notion, Guru, Seismic).
- Exceptional ability to translate complex tech and product features into clear, structured, and engaging commercial content.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) with strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and own structured onboarding content and programs from scratch, ramping new hires across sales, product, and revenue teams quickly and consistently.
- Create, curate, and maintain our library of sales and product marketing assets decks, one-pagers, battlecards, messaging, and collateral keeping it current and easy to find.
- Design and run continuous enablement and training programs that keep the organization sharp on product, messaging, and market developments.
- Build and manage an internal knowledge hub as the single source of truth, ensuring content is well-organized, discoverable, and actively used.
- Partner with sales, product, and marketing to identify knowledge gaps and measure the impact of enablement on ramp time, adoption, and team effectiveness.
Nice To Have
- Fintech or capital-markets background strongly preferred.
- Experience running training or enablement for both sales and product teams.
- Familiarity with product marketing fundamentals messaging, positioning, and competitive intelligence.
- Experience measuring enablement effectiveness with clear metrics (ramp time, content usage, adoption).
