As an Armed Security Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond professionally to security-related concerns. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and support a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $46.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Tue02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Wed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and assist with visitor management and escort procedures in accordance with site-specific policies.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting and reporting observations and actions taken.

Maintain readiness of assigned equipment and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership, site contacts, and responding emergency personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.

Possess a Law Enforcement Officer License.

Possess a valid firearms permit is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
