This position reports to:Service Manager __ In this role you will be responsible for start-up and commissioning and post-start-up field services primarily within the data center market, in Electrification Services for the United States, ensuring ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. You will have an exciting opportunity to travel the U.S. on ABB\'s dime as field service resources receive comprehensive travel and lodging accommodations as well as per diem. While on the road supporting our Data Center Services, you will execute service work of medium to high complexity as per work instructions and deliver excellent customer service to exceed our customers\' expectations. The work model for the role is: Remote in the US This is a highly travel-intensive position requiring extensive nationwide travel to customer locations across the United States. Success in this role requires the ability and willingness to spend significant time traveling and working at customer sites. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Lead onsite customer engagement - Serve as ABB\'s primary representative, ensuring strong communication, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Execute service work with urgency - Plan and deliver service tasks aligned with customer orders, quality standards, and firsttimeright execution. Identify system and operational improvements - Evaluate installed equipment and customer processes to uncover performance enhancements and eliminate pain points. Communicate service opportunities - Capture and relay upgrade, service, and modernization opportunities to internal account teams.
