Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Lead Radiologic Technologist, you will coordinate patient flow and staff schedules for all Outpatient Imaging locations under the Outpatient Imaging Supervisor, while performing patient exams.

Every day you will maintain supply inventories, coordinate equipment servicing, and ensure standards for Joint Commission and State of Oregon surveys are met, with a strong belief in Mercy's mission, core values, and Patient Rights Statement.

To be successful in this role, you will bring radiologic technology credentials, leadership and scheduling skills, and survey readiness knowledge.

Promotes a strong belief in Mercy's Mission and has respect for and compliance with Mercy's Patient Rights Statement.

Demonstrates behavior consistent with Mercy's Core Values: Reverence, Integrity, Compassion, and Excellence.

Has access to restricted or confidential patient information and must comply with the terms of the Mercy Medical Center Security Policies as it applies to their job role.

Collaborates with immediate supervisor to establish, define and refine department goals and objectives consistent with facility's Mission and Values, and demonstrates satisfactory progress towards these goals and objectives.

Exhibits the ability to make effective decisions based on verifiable and measurable data/criteria.

Promotes positive customer relations with internal and external customers.

Job Requirements

Required

Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology Program

Threen (3) years experience as a staff technologist with one year in a lead position of some @type

Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT

Pay Range

$42.01 - $54.75 /hour
