As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an automotive finance location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and report unusual activity. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Wed01:30 PM - 09:30 PM

Fri07:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at an automotive finance office location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, parking facilities, building entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization when required, and report unusual conditions or policy violations according to site procedures.

Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

A primarily driving post is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
