Human Resources (HR) Generalist

Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Generalist to provide onsite HR support for employees and new hires in a designated location. This is a Contract position focused on creating a smooth onboarding experience, coordinating orientation activities, and serving as a reliable point of contact for everyday HR matters. The role is well suited for an individual who communicates effectively, stays organized under pressure, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead onsite orientation sessions and ensure new employees receive a welcoming and organized introduction to the workplace.

Oversee onboarding logistics by arranging schedules, preparing day-one activities, and managing pre-start communication with incoming hires.

Process badge photo requirements and support administrative steps needed for a successful start date.

Keep candidates and employees informed by sharing updates on hiring progress, onboarding tasks, and orientation timing.

Serve as the local HR contact by addressing routine questions and connecting employees with remote HR partners when additional support is needed.

Support day-to-day HR administration, including employee relations communication and coordination of HR-related documentation.

Assist with company communications tied to workforce updates and help deliver messages in a clear and timely manner.

Promote a positive employee experience by providing responsive, thorough support throughout the onboarding and early employment process. Requirements - Prior experience in human resources, HR coordination, or a comparable employee support role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across different employee groups.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a high-volume, fast-moving setting.

Experience coordinating onboarding, orientation, or new employee administration activities.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Sound judgment in recognizing concerns, resolving routine issues, and escalating more complex matters appropriately.

Familiarity with HR administration processes, employee relations support, benefits-related functions, or HRIS tools.

Bilingual Spanish language skills and experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or industrial environments are preferred. TalentMatch®
