Job Description A rapidly growing mobile advertising and app monetization technology company is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to join its Supply Growth team in Boston. This role is responsible for managing strategic publisher relationships, driving revenue growth, and helping clients maximize the performance of their mobile applications through data-driven recommendations and optimization strategies.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused professional with experience in AdTech, digital advertising, or mobile marketing. You will serve as a trusted advisor to publisher partners, leveraging analytics, performance insights, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business results.

This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, advertising, and client success while partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing

Strong understanding of key performance metrics including CPI, CPM, CPC, CTR, and ARPDAU

Experience managing client, publisher, or partner relationships

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations

Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Sheets and Slides

Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue growth and client retention

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience supporting mobile app publishers or monetization initiatives

Background in account management, customer success, publisher development, or performance marketing

Experience conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

Familiarity with rewarded advertising, app monetization, or programmatic advertising

Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams

What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of app publisher accounts

Build trusted relationships with partners through ongoing communication and strategic consultation

Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and revenue

Deliver performance reports, business reviews, and actionable recommendations to partners

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to address client needs and resolve issues

Identify upsell opportunities and expansion initiatives across existing accounts

Gather market feedback and customer insights to support product enhancements and business strategy

Drive portfolio performance and exceed growth and retention objectives

Act as a primary point of contact for assigned publisher partners
