As a Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control activities, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Wed03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Thur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

Respond to incidents, access concerns, delivery-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, warehouses, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points and visitor, employee, and vehicle traffic; verify credentials and document arrivals, departures, and incidents in accordance with site policies.

Complete detailed activity reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
