Staff Management is hiring a Shipping Clerk to support a fast-paced environment. This position is critical to operational success and works closely with carriers, customers, and on-site management to manage shipping documentation, billing, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently while meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting. Shifts: 1st Shift.

Employment Types: Full Time, Temp to Hire.

Pay Rate: $20.50 / hour

Duties:

Ensures all loader paperwork is filled out correctly and completely.

Resolve any shipping nonconformities. Resolve any issues with shipping with internal staff.

Files paperwork daily.

Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.

Follow all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.

Basic math skills.

Positive approach to the day's tasks and goals.

Ability to multitask.

Detail Oriented.

Problem Solver- Knows how to get to the root of problems

Ability to develop effective working relationships with supervision, coworkers and others to achieve operational excellence

Follows oral instructions

Basic computer and data entry skills. (Microsoft 365.)

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test.Able to Lift 49 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.50 - $20.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
