Job Duties:This position reports to the Shoe Factory at the Clements Unit. Duties include oversight of shoe factory operations and direct supervision of incarcerated inmates. The shoe factory is responsible for the production of shoes and other garment items for the agency. Day to day functions include oversight of shoe factory operations and security of the factory and as well as administrative duties.You'd be a GOOD fit if:You have a high school diploma or GED. You have 1 year of textile manufacturing OR 3 years of any production or manufacturing OR 60 college hours plus 1 year of any production or manufacturingYou are security minded.
