The Opportunity

As a Sales Operations Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on customer sales and service strategies. You will analyze customer engagement processes, develop sales and service strategies, and offer guidance to help clients enhance their sales effectiveness, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills, professional knowledge, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.

In this role, you will be part of our Customer Consulting team, specializing in customer-related strategies and initiatives. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence network, you will focus on driving business growth by enhancing customer experiences. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. This position offers the opportunity to deepen your skills and evolve your professional knowledge, all while contributing to the overall success of our firm.

Responsibilities

Leading strategic initiatives to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth

Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric sales and service strategies

Guiding teams in the implementation of sales operations and service excellence frameworks

Utilizing analytical thinking to identify opportunities for business transformation

Collaborating with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into strategic planning

Directing teams through complex challenges with composure and sound judgment

Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support client prospecting and market penetration

Promoting the use of digital tooling and AI-human collaboration to optimize sales processes

Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement

Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that align with client objectives and business goals

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 7 years of experience

Excelling in AI-Human Collaboration and AI Fluency

Demonstrating proficiency in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Implementation

Utilizing advanced skills in Sales Strategy and Sales Management

Applying analytical thinking to drive business transformation

Innovating through digital tooling and rapid experimentation

Developing and coaching diverse, high-performing teams

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
