Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Los Angeles, California. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping schedules organized, coordinating logistics, and providing reliable administrative support across a busy team. The role will involve managing calendars, arranging travel, preparing documentation, and helping ensure meetings and communications run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate schedules, maintain calendars, and help prioritize appointments, meetings, and follow-up items for team members.

Provide day-to-day administrative support by organizing records, handling correspondence, and assisting with routine office tasks.

Arrange business travel, including transportation, lodging, and itinerary preparation, while confirming plans and updates as needed.

Prepare, review, and organize export and import documentation to support accurate and timely processing.

Set up conference calls and virtual meetings, distribute meeting details, and help ensure participants have the required information.

Maintain organized filing systems and documentation so information can be accessed quickly and efficiently.

Support communication between internal teams and external contacts by responding to requests and directing inquiries appropriately. Requirements - Experience providing administrative support in an office environment.

Ability to manage calendars and coordinate multiple scheduling needs with accuracy.

Familiarity with booking travel arrangements and maintaining detailed itineraries.

Working knowledge of export and import documents and related administrative processes.

Comfortable organizing conference calls and supporting meeting logistics.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
