The role

As Field Marketing Manager for the Americas, you'll own the national field marketing engine that turns Eightfold's story into pipeline across every US sales territory and to a lesser extent Central and Latin America. You'll build and run a portfolio of in-person and digital programs aimed at CEO, senior HR, talent, and technology leaders at enterprise / mid-market / public sector organizations, working closely with sales leaders, SDRs, and partners from coast to coast. This is a builder role: you'll design the Americas field strategy, decide where to invest across regions, and create repeatable programs that scale.

Own the Americas plan and pipeline number

Build and run a quarterly Americas field marketing plan tied to national revenue targets, with pipeline goals broken out by segment e.g., Named / Strategics, Enterprise, Mid Market & Public Sector.

Partner with regional sales leaders across the country to agree on target accounts, priorities, and a shared definition of success for each territory.

Manage the Americas program budget, allocating spend across territories based on pipeline opportunity and program performance.

Balance national programs with targeted regional plays, prioritizing the cities and accounts with the greatest potential.

Run a high-impact event portfolio

Plan and execute executive dinners, roundtables, and roadshows in key markets e.g., New York, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Bay Area, Washington DC, building a repeatable format that can run in multiple cities each quarter.

Handle end-to-end logistics across multiple simultaneous events, using agencies and vendors where needed to scale execution.

Activate partners

Work with the global partner marketing team to plan and run joint programs with technology partners, HCM platform partners, and systems integrators.

What success looks like

First 90 days: You know the Americas sales leaders, top target accounts, and key partners in each territory, and you've launched your first multi-city programs.

First 6 months: You own the Americas plan with pipeline targets by territory and a repeatable event and ABM playbook running in priority markets.

First 12 months: Field marketing is a measurable, trusted source of pipeline in every territory, and sales leaders nationwide see you as a strategic partner.

Must-haves

5+ years of field marketing, event marketing, or ABM experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, including ownership of a national or multi-region territory.

Experience managing multiple events at once across different cities, including working with agencies and vendors to scale.

Ability to travel 40 to 50% of the time.

Nice-to-have

Experience managing or mentoring event coordinators, contractors, or agency teams.

Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for [bonuses or commissions], and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Zones are determined by location.
