The Work

This position is for an Electrical Engineer role supporting programs in the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) area.

As a key member of our Test Equipment Hardware Engineering team, you will:

Interface with the Test Equipment Lead Engineer and other Integrated Product Teammates

Ensure project milestones and commitments are met

Develop and integrate hardware systems/subsystems

Please Note: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

resolving issues, and supporting project activities.

Conducts or participates in the research, design, development, and testing of complex mission processing systems and/or RF processing systems. Develops designs for the installation of components and assemblies into chassis, racks, cabinets, workstations. Plans, directs, reviews and coordinates preparation of project documentation to ensure customer contract and company requirements are met. Prepares specifications, evaluates vendors, and analyzes test reports.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other Engineering related discipline

Experience with electrical design and troubleshooting

Experience working with 3D models and high level of proficiency in electrical schematic interpretation

Knowledgeable in Hardware Engineering processes and tools such as CREO or similar tools

Proficient in Windchill/EPDM

Desired Skills

Experience with Engineering Change Control Processes

Working knowledge of Agile terms and methodologies

Prior Automated Test Equipment/Special Test Equipment experience

Circuit Card Design experience preferred

Experience with product development or manufacturing test

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00

Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
