Deburr Technician, Manufacturing Pay Range $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (DOE), plus Overtime. M-F 1st shift 5:00am - 1:30pm. Plus Quarterly Bonus's paid.

The Deburr Technician-is responsible for-removing burrs, sharp edges, excess material, and surface imperfections from machined plastic components using hand tools under magnification. This position ensures parts meet engineering specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements-through the use of-hand tools and precision measuring instruments as needed.-This role also cleans and degreases components in a surfactant and bags parts for stock.--

HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred

Minimum 1 years previous work experience in manufacturing.

Experience handling large, heavy parts as well as small components.

Ability to read, understand and follow written materials including blueprint drawings, job orders, etc.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $20.00 to $26.00 per hour, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is up to 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $41,600 to $59,488. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
