Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Helper

Location: Norwalk, OH

Pay Range: $20.00

Shift: Evenings, Nights (40 hour)

What's the Job?

Perform weigh-up or packaging duties within the production department.

Ensure the correct documentation and ingredients are used for each batch.

Set up and operate weigh-up and packaging machinery, adhering to safety procedures.

Process batches safely and neatly, ensuring products meet customer specifications.

Support production by supplying materials and maintaining equipment functionality.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED.

Ability to lift up to 55 pounds regularly and handle up to 250 pounds occasionally.

Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with safety equipment.

Basic reading, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to safety and cleanliness standards.
