Shift Options

1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM-1:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 1:30 PM-10:00 PM

Overtime on Saturdays is common

What You'll Do

Assemble tiny medical device components

Work under a microscope for assembly and inspections

Use tweezers and small hand tools to handle very small parts

Follow detailed work instructions and procedures

Inspect products for quality and accuracy

Complete production documentation

Work in a clean room environment

Meet quality and production goals

What We're Looking For

? Comfortable working with extremely small parts

? Willing to use a microscope for several hours per shift

? Strong attention to detail

? Good hand dexterity and a steady hand

? Reliable attendance and stable work history

? Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English

? Comfortable working overtime when needed

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arden Hills, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.80 - $18.80/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
