What You\'ll Be Doing Diagnosing and solving real problems leaks, locks, lights, heat, the classics. Keeping buildings sharp, safe, and running right. Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures. Perform routine maintenance on boilers, such as replacing burners or hoses, installing replacement parts, or reinforcing structural weaknesses to ensure optimal boiler efficiency. ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: A solid work ethic. Show up, own your day, finish what you start. General maintenance or mechanical experience. Plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC knowledge. A valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation. The ability to lift, move, climb, and get into tight spaces when needed.
