Description

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and help ensure an efficient, professional workplace. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to managers and team members

Answer and direct phone calls and emails

Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars

Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents

Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and office supplies

Assist with data entry, expense reports, and invoice processing

Coordinate office communications and support special projects as needed

Greet visitors and help maintain a professional office environment

Requirements

Qualifications

2+ years of administrative support experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines

Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills

High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
