Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, inspect, and accurately store incoming shipments.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.

Verify inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities.

Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled properly to prevent damage.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Assist with general warehouse duties and support team members as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.

Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to obtain certification.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.

Basic computer and inventory system experience is a plus.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaver Dam, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
