Job Description
U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced and collaborative Business Banking Salesforce Project Manager to help shape the future of our Business Banking Customer Relationship Management (BCRM) Salesforce platform. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, sales leaders, product strategy teams, and technology partners, driving platform enhancements that help bankers better serve clients, deepen relationships, and grow business outcomes.
The Business Banking Salesforce platform supports thousands of bankers and business banking professionals across the organization and is a strategic investment area focused on innovation, growth, and continuous improvement. This is not a traditional PMO project management role. Instead, we are seeking a business-minded problem solver who enjoys understanding complex business challenges, gathering and translating requirements, and delivering technology-enabled solutions that improve user experience, streamline processes, and create meaningful business value.
In this highly visible role, you will influence how bankers manage customer relationships, portfolios, sales opportunities, and daily activities while partnering with leaders across Sales, Product, and Technology to help drive the evolution of a platform that is central to the success of Business Banking at U.S. Bank.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the prioritization, planning, design, and implementation of enhancements and capabilities within the Business Banking Salesforce platform.
Partner with business leaders, sales teams, product managers, and technology partners to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable solutions.
Facilitate requirements gathering, stakeholder discussions, business process analysis, and solution design activities.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes through Salesforce capabilities and platform enhancements.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
Support user adoption, training, change management, and continuous improvement efforts.
Ensure platform enhancements align with business strategy, customer needs, and organizational priorities.
Serve as a trusted advisor and key liaison between business and technology teams, translating business needs into scalable platform solutions.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Business Banking, Sales, Product, Operations, and Technology to drive successful outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Salesforce CRM or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
Experience supporting Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Sales Enablement, Relationship Management, or Customer Relationship Management functions.
Experience serving in Business Analyst, Product Owner, Platform Delivery Lead, Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce Analyst, or Project Manager roles.
Knowledge of banking products, sales processes, customer lifecycle management, and relationship-based business models.
Salesforce Administrator Certification or related Salesforce certifications.
Experience partnering with cross-functional business and technology teams.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into solution recommendations.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience leading platform enhancements, process improvement initiatives, or digital transformation efforts.
Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Eight or more years of experience leading complex business, technology, platform, or transformation initiatives
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
