What Will You Do?

The Forklift Operator works Monday through Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm.

Transport raw materials and finished goods within the plant and storage yard

Ensure fab yard is organized and well maintained

Regularly operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment to complete tasks adhering to company safety practices

Maintain a clean work area and practice general housekeeping standards

Perform all tasks to ISO standards and requirements

Perform other duties as assigned

Overtime as needed

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require...

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls and talk or hear; stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb ladder. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8-10 hours a day. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Moderate noise level in the work environment

Your Experience Should Be...

Previous forklift experience required

Prefer experience in a manufacturing environment

Forklift certification will be required

Understanding of ISO 9001 procedures

Must be available to work overtime on Fridays and weekend hours, as needed
