Practice Assistant | Healthcare Administration

Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy

Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and patient coordination

Verify insurance, referrals, and patient information

Serve as a key communication link between patients, providers, and staff

Support efficient daily office operations and patient flow

Utilize Epic EMR and other systems to maintain accurate records and documentation

? Experience scheduling appointments in a healthcare setting

? Medical office, patient access, healthcare administration, or front desk experience

? Epic EMR experience required

? Insurance verification and patient registration experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Wayland, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
