Manufacturing Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire

Location: Rochester, NY

Pay: $22-$30+ per hour, based on experience

Schedule: 1st Shift, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for a direct-hire opportunity with a Rochester-area manufacturing company. This is a hands-on role supporting production equipment and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

Work with automation, robotics, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Maintain and repair auxiliary production equipment.

Support equipment troubleshooting to minimize production downtime.

Follow safe work practices and applicable OSHA standards.

Work independently as well as with the maintenance and production teams.

Qualifications

3-5 years of manufacturing/production maintenance experience preferred.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience with plastic injection molding presses preferred.

Knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and automation.

PLC knowledge is a plus.

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Technical coursework or certifications in maintenance-related areas is a plus.
