?? What You'll Do

As our AM Culinary Supervisor , you'll play a hands-on leadership role in our restaurant kitchens, setting the tone for quality, teamwork, and consistency. You will:

Oversee daily culinary operations for restaurant outlets

Ensure consistent, high-quality food production that exceeds guest expectations

Support and train cooks across multiple stations

Lead the team in the absence of a Sous Chef

Maintain high standards for safety, sanitation, teamwork, and efficiency

Contribute to cost-control efforts and productivity goals

This is a Full-Time position requiring schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays .

Qualifications:

You're a strong match for this role if you:

Bring 2 years of culinary experience

Have basic cost-control knowledge

Are skilled across a variety of cooking methods and stations

Communicate clearly and lead with confidence

Stay calm, professional, and positive-even during high-volume periods

Have the stamina to stand for the full shift and lift/push/pull moderate weight

Are passionate about food, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional guest experience

Culinary degree or hotel culinary experience preferred
