Day to day as a Sales Manager

As the Full-Time Sales Manager at Viking Coca-Cola, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and federal laws. Your leadership will guide branch personnel through effective scheduling and daily direction, while you develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to align with our sales goals and drive profitability. You'll play a pivotal role in supervising staff-hiring, coaching, and providing performance feedback-along with maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular store visits and surveys. Your commitment to safety will shape a secure working environment, leading initiatives to reduce work-related injuries. Requirements for this Sales Manager job

To thrive as a Full-Time Sales Manager at Viking Coca-Cola, you'll need a combination of leadership and operational skills. A High School Diploma or equivalent is essential, along with previous direct store delivery sales and management experience. Your valid Class D driver's license and a successful Motor Vehicle Check are crucial for this role.
