How you'll make an impact:

Consult with sales leaders and the business to create solutions to problems in alignment with sales compensation pay strategies to ensure market competitiveness of compensation programs. Provide advice and guidance to the Sales Comp Committees, senior management, and Human Resources to apply sales compensation principles to solve challenges that meet business needs. Provide analysis and recommendations in support of sales related programs, initiatives, SPIFs and annual sales incentive plans. Administer sales compensation programs (e.g. Sales RSU).

Develop, get alignment on, and implement U.S. sales compensation pay strategies utilizing market competitive and cost impact analysis. Establish market pricing benchmarks, salary structure assignment, sales incentive target recommendations and pay mix. Oversee the annual merit review for assigned sales organization including manager training, manager/HR guidance, allocation of adjustment budgets, and cost/incumbent analysis.

Lead global total rewards programs, including acting as the program owner for the global annual merit and bonus cycle.

Evaluate all jobs in the sales job function globally using expert knowledge of job design and the Global Career Framework.

Identify and evaluate compensation process improvement and/or course correction/course alignment opportunities.

What you'll need (Required):

-Bachelor's Degree in related field, 10 years of previous related experience in compensation required or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required and

-Experience in sales compensation strongly preferred, in addition to a CSCP (Certified Sales Compensation Professional) certification Required

-Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and related systems and/or tools Preferred

-Other: CSCP- Certified Sales Compensation Professional Preferred

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $139,000 - $196,000 (highly experienced).
