The Senior Analyst, Assortment Activation plays a critical role in supporting business plans by identifying operational needs, managing cross-functional initiatives, and driving merchandising programs that align with company priorities. This position involves analyzing data to provide actionable insights, recommending system and process improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders to execute effective business solutions. The role requires strong communication, project management, and analytical skills to measure progress, adjust strategies, and support continuous learning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering value to customers and associates.

What you'll do:

Support execution of business plans by identifying operational needs and removing obstacles to enhance performance.

Manage cross-functional initiatives impacting store and corporate processes, including merchandising programs and communications.

Provide insights and recommendations on merchandise priorities and system support developments to senior management.

Develop, review, and improve training programs and materials to ensure alignment with updated procedures.

Analyze data to drive solutions for business challenges and operational improvements.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to implement effective business solutions.

Monitor progress, adjust plans, and promote continuous learning and adaptability across teams.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and executing business strategies to drive operational excellence.

Strong skills in data analysis and project management to identify needs, measure progress, and adjust plans effectively.

Ability to develop and communicate clear business plans and priorities, removing barriers to enhance performance.

Expertise in building relationships with stakeholders and providing actionable insights to senior management.

Demonstrated adaptability and commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.

Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate across varied teams and audiences.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
