SodexoMagic is seeking a Retail Manager 2 for Alcorn State University located in Lorman, MS.
This Retail Manager will be responsible for the oversight of all operations for our new Chick-fil-A on campus. Sodexo is responsible for the food and beverage contract on campus, including retail locations, residential dining, catering, and concessions.

This role puts you at the center of retail operations, where your ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive customer satisfaction will be key to success. You'll play a hands-on role in shaping both team performance and customer experience.
Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.
Pay Range: $43945 per year - $56870 per year
