As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal policy. Position Type: Part Time / Swing Shift

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon03:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Sat03:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Sun03:30 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established protocols.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail center, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report suspicious conditions, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.

Assist with traffic flow, directions, lost-property inquiries, and other customer service needs while maintaining detailed incident and patrol documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A guard card/license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
