Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support daily front desk operations for a contract position in Plymouth, Massachusetts. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping create a welcoming and organized office environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling administrative tasks, managing incoming communications, and providing dependable office support in a part-time setting.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming phone calls, respond appropriately, and route inquiries to the correct staff members

Welcome guests upon arrival and maintain a courteous, organized front desk presence

Support day-to-day office operations by organizing documents and completing routine administrative tasks

Prepare, scan, fax, and file paperwork accurately to keep records current and accessible

Assist with general reception coverage to help ensure smooth office workflow during scheduled hours

Maintain a tidy reception area and contribute to an efficient, visitor-friendly environment Requirements - Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role

Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and direct information accurately

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with visitors and staff

Comfortable performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and faxing

Reliable availability for a part-time contract assignment
