Job Summary
Universal Ads is building a new way for growth marketers to access premium video and CTV inventory at scale. As we expand our business, we are looking for an account director to help grow our efforts across the Ecommerce and DTC customer segment, including digitally native brands, omnichannel retailers, subscription commerce companies, marketplace sellers, and other performance-driven commerce advertisers.
This is an early-stage, high-impact role for a seller who is energized by building. The right candidate can help scale an emerging customer segment by successfully managing the sales cycle from account activation to scaled revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the CTV landscape, how Ecommerce and DTC brands evaluate media across various measurement methodologies and how premium video can drive the next phase of growth for this customer set.
This person should be equally comfortable opening new doors, developing senior client relationships, translating market feedback into product insights, and helping Universal Ads build a repeatable growth sales motion for commerce advertisers.

Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Bring relevant experience and relationships across Ecommerce, DTC, retail, marketplace, subscription commerce, and performance marketing clients.
Partner closely with sales leadership to grow the Ecommerce and DTC customer segment and execute against the Commerce go-to-market strategy.
Identifyand prioritize high-potential accounts, develop prospecting strategies, and build a qualified pipeline of new business opportunities.
Activate priority client targets and manage the sales process from initial outreach through pitch, test activation, and revenue growth.
Develop strong relationships with growth marketers, media leaders, agencies, and other keydecision-makerswithin priority accounts.
Clearly communicate Universal Ads' value proposition and tailor our positioning, pitch narrative, and measurement approach to the needs of individual Ecommerce and DTC advertisers.
Understand the complexity of how commerce advertisers evaluate success and the role of TV in driving measurable business outcomes.
Educate customers on how CTV and premium video can complement existing performance channels, including paid social, search, retail media, affiliate, programmatic, and other customer acquisition channels.
Manage an active pipeline with strong forecasting discipline, account prioritization, and consistent progress against revenue goals.
Represent Universal Ads with customersand atindustry events with credibility, confidence, and a strong understanding of the commerce advertising ecosystem.

Salary:
New York Pay Range: $141,508.79 - $212,263.18
Additional Range: This job can be performed in California with a good faith estimated pay range upon hire of $106,131.59 USD - $196,539.98.
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within the posted range for this role at the time of posting dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Targeted Commission: $100,000.00
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
