Description We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Maryland. This Contract position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, manages multiple priorities well, and keeps administrative processes running smoothly. The role includes front-desk support, phone coverage, record maintenance, and accurate handling of office documentation.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative activities to keep the office organized and operating efficiently.

Receive and direct incoming calls courteously, ensuring messages and inquiries are handled promptly.

Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support while maintaining a courteous and detail-oriented office presence.

Enter, update, and maintain records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Prepare, organize, and file documents so information is accessible and up to date.

Assist with general office coordination, including scheduling, correspondence, and routine clerical tasks. Requirements - Prior experience providing administrative support in an office environment.

Ability to handle inbound phone calls professionally and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.

Strong data entry skills with careful attention to accuracy and completeness.

Working knowledge of general office procedures and administrative best practices.

Ability to manage receptionist responsibilities while maintaining a welcoming and organized front office.

Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines in a busy setting. TalentMatch®
