Medical Assistant

Description

Provide back-office clinical support in a busy Family Practice environment

Room patients and obtain/document vital signs

Assist providers with exams and procedures

Administer injections, immunizations, and other MA duties within scope

Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR

Coordinate patient care, follow-up appointments, and provider requests

Support quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Medical Assistant certification or equivalent experience

Prior Back Office MA experience

Family Practice experience preferred

Strong patient service and communication skills

EMR experience preferred

Experience Level

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fresno, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
