The Team and Role:
Logitech's Manager, Channel Marketing for North America leads the regional Channel Marketing team in creating, executing, and measuring demand generation and relationship-building programs that drive sales and consumption of Logitech's products, services, and solutions to, with, and through our B2B partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a player-coach who will:
Set the strategic vision and direction for how Channel Marketing supports, enables, and drives demand for Logitech for Business Solutions through the Channel, including Distribution, Reseller, & Alliance Partners at the regional level
Lead the development and execution of an integrated communications strategy to support Logitech's B2B partner ecosystem. Responsible for regional channel communications and content development, ensuring a single consistent channel voice across Logitech for Business
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy and plans to support Logitech's B2B partner and alliances ecosystem
Ideate and build campaigns and enablement tools that drive preference for the Logitech B2B portfolio within the partner ecosystem and to their customers
Align with and execute opportunities with Global and regional Channel Marketing teams and Field Marketing to augment and simplify our channel communication practices via strategic engagements, our partner portal, newsletters, videos, podcasts, Partner Huddles, social media, and digital properties
Generate interest in Logitech's B2B and Partner Connect Program by working with Channel Leadership and Global Channel Marketing to enlist media, influence, PR, conferences, testimonials, etc.
Responsible for working on MDF programming, program marketing, and marketing content for enablement, training & certifications with the channel program and sales organization to support return on investments (ROI)-driven investments in the partner ecosystem
Support partners' businesses with the MDF program to generate leads via program guidelines, segmentation, tools, integrated campaigns, metrics, etc.
Define annual channel marketing goals and KPIs and cascade to the regional Channel Marketing team.
Work with the GTM, finance, analytics, and operations team to create a consolidated dashboard to drive and analyze the partner performance to make appropriate business decisions and marketing investments
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Exceptional proven Channel Marketing experience at the global level
Solid grasp of building positive partner relationships at both executive and operational levels
Proven data-driven decision-maker with well-developed business and financial management skills
Experience with B2B partner landscape and supporting ecosystem
Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. MBA preferred

This position offers an annual based salary of typically
between $ 135K and $ 203K dependent on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
