Project Support

What we are looking for:

Aldridge is seeking an Project Support to join our dynamic and energetic team in Tiffin, OH.

In this position, you will be primarily responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties as it relates to supporting our projects.

What you'll do:

Providing administrative support to operations personnel.

Coordinating various administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Working with vendors for internal and external apparel and gifting.

Submitting expense reports in Chrome River for multiple people on a monthly basis.

Coordinating domestic travel arrangements, cars and hotels in Concur.

Assisting with food orders and coordination of other business related meetings as requested.

Supporting Aldridge corporate events and meetings.

Working with project managers on project closeouts.

Gathering and tracking project photos.

Who you are:

High school diploma required, Associates degree or higher desired.

Related Business experience preferred, construction experience highly desired.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with a high degree of accuracy.

Skillful execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail and organization.

Excels at time management and prioritization, consistently meeting deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications

Knowledge in Concur, Chrome River, and Visio is preferred, but not required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization

S trong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail

What we offer:

The hourly range for this role is between $22.00 - $32.00. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for a bonus. Aldridge provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes the following:
