In this contract-to-permanent role, you'll be the trusted voice customers rely on for support, guidance, and solutions, helping homeowners navigate product questions, warranty concerns, and service needs with confidence. What You'll Do

Serve as a primary point of contact for residential customers, delivering friendly, customer-focused support over the phone and through online channels.

Assist customers with product questions, warranty coverage, service inquiries, and basic troubleshooting.

Respond promptly and accurately to customer requests through Zendesk, ensuring every inquiry receives timely follow-up.

Evaluate customer concerns and coordinate with service partners or escalation teams when advanced technical support is needed.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up activities within the support system.

Develop a strong understanding of the company's residential product line to provide knowledgeable and effective assistance.

Approach every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Support additional customer service and administrative initiatives that contribute to team success.

Requirements - Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.

Comfortable managing inbound calls and written communication in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and identify when issues require escalation.

Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate customer records in support systems such as Zendesk or similar platforms.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for documentation and daily administrative tasks.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented and service-oriented approach.
