You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.90 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Tue11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.

Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor credentials, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.

Help to deter unauthorized activity, theft, and property damage by maintaining a visible presence and reporting suspicious conditions to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

A guard card or license is preferred.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Must be 21 years of age or older

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
