As a Security Officer Driver Customer Service Patrol in Spanaway, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in the job state. Pay Rate: $21.85 / Hour

Wed10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Thur10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Fri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or facility concerns.

Monitor access control points, visitor activity, alarm panels, and/or surveillance systems in accordance with site procedures; report security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.

Document patrols, incidents, observations, and service requests accurately in required logs and reports, and communicate relevant information during shift handoffs.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
