Join Walmart's Revenue Operations team as the Manager of Scaled Services, Enablement, and Support, where you will lead strategic initiatives to optimize revenue processes and enhance operational efficiency. What you'll do:
Lead revenue operations initiatives to optimize scaled services, enablement and support functions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with business objectives.
Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and partnership across departments.
Oversee program management activities, driving operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Analyze business metrics and operational data to support decision-making and enhance revenue growth.
Facilitate customer enablement efforts to improve service delivery and satisfaction.
Provide strategic guidance and operational support to ensure scalable and efficient processes.
What you'll bring:
3-5 years of experience in program management, revenue operations, customer support operations, business operations, or a related field.
Strong relationship management skills to effectively engage and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability in program management and operational excellence to support scalable service delivery.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and strategic management to align revenue goals with business objectives.
Proficiency in operational support and analysis to optimize process and enhance customer enablement.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills to foster partnerships and ensure successful project outcomes.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
