Description We are looking for an AP/AR Clerk to support daily accounting operations for a logistics organization in Franklin, Tennessee. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with financial data, and confident managing both payables and receivables. The right candidate will help maintain accurate records, process transactions efficiently, and contribute to the smooth flow of accounting activities across the business.

Responsibilities:

Process incoming invoices and outgoing payments with accuracy and appropriate documentation.

Record customer payments, update account activity, and ensure receivable balances remain current.

Maintain organized financial files and reconcile account details to support accurate reporting.

Handle cash-related transactions in accordance with company controls and accounting procedures.

Review account records regularly to identify discrepancies and assist with timely resolution.

Support full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, including transaction entry and upkeep of general financial information. Requirements - Experience performing accounts payable and accounts receivable duties in a detail-focused setting.

Working knowledge of full-charge bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting processes.

Ability to manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Familiarity with maintaining financial records and updating account documentation.

Proficiency in posting payments and tracking account activity accurately.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple accounting tasks efficiently.
