SR BI Developer - Brazil

Job Description

This global organization is looking for a Sr. BI Developer to join their team supporting enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives. This person will work directly with Finance and other business stakeholders to define requirements, develop dashboards and reports in OBIEE, and manage projects through testing and deployment. The environment is highly business-facing, so success requires someone who can guide stakeholders that may not fully understand their reporting needs and convert those needs into scalable BI solutions. The role supports large enterprise initiatives and requires strong collaboration across technical and functional teams.

An excellent candidate will have deep OBIEE experience, a strong understanding of Oracle ERP systems, exceptional stakeholder communication skills, and a proven track record of owning BI projects from requirements through delivery. Experience with Power BI, Fivetran, DBT, or ETL tools is a strong plus

Skills and Requirements

OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition)

Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders and gathering requirements

Ability to translate vague business requests into reporting and dashboard solutions

Full SDLC/project ownership from requirements, development, testing, and deployment

Strong understanding of Oracle ERP/business processes

Excellent communication and consultative skills - Power BI

Fivetran

DBT

SSIS or other ETL/data integration tools

Retail or Healthcare industry experience
