Paramount Advertising is seeking a highly motivated, consultative sales professional to drive growth across Paramounts vast portfolio through the integration of streaming, programmatic, advanced advertising, data, and convergent media solutions. The ideal candidate brings a sophisticated understanding of todays evolving media landscape and excels at translating Paramounts full range of capabilities into integrated solutions that deliver against advertisers business objectivesmoving beyond traditional demo guarantees and delivery metrics.
As an Account Executive on the Advanced Advertising Team, you will serve as a strategic advisor to agencies and advertisers, helping them navigate and capitalize on the convergence of linear TV, streaming, digital video, programmatic, and data-driven advertising. You will leverage Paramounts suite of audience, identity, optimization, attribution, measurement, programmatic, and advanced advertising solutions to develop holistic, outcome-oriented media strategies.
The ideal candidate understands how programmatic buying and activation intersect with premium streaming and traditional television, and can articulate the value of bringing these channels together through a unified approach. You will be expected to identify opportunities to expand relationships, drive incremental revenue, and position Paramount as a leading partner for clients seeking greater scale, precision, flexibility, and measurable business outcomes across the entire video ecosystem.
Success in this role requires a balance of revenue generation, executive presence, convergent selling expertise, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with agency investment and strategy teams, programmatic and digital leads, data and analytics partners, and Paramounts broader sales organization to develop integrated solutions and unlock new sources of growth.
You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, are comfortable selling complex technology and data-enabled solutions, and can move fluidly between high-level business strategy and the details of media activation. You are equally effective influencing senior clients, educating agencies on emerging capabilities, partnering across internal teams, and turning sophisticated media solutions into measurable business results.
Results Driven
Consistently meet or exceed established revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
Proven capability to sell data-driven and optimized executions across linear and streaming.
Manage a Hold Co aligned Advanced Advertising sales pipelineincluding forecasting, prospecting, pipeline management, reporting and long-term revenue growth.
Identify and cultivate new Advanced Advertising opportunities across existing and prospective clients.
Leverage campaign performance, audience insights, and measurement outputs to uncover incremental revenue opportunities.
Establish and cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and clients by conducting a high volume of face-to-face calls.
A Consultative Sales Executive
Collaborate across platforms within your Hold Co (including linear, streaming, and sports) to generate revenue across the Paramount portfolio product suite to deliver holistic client solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for both clients and internal counterparts.
Develop and present data-driven recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and return on advertising investment.
Multi-platform Proficient
Understand the complementary value and nuance of representing all platforms and buy @types, including programmatic, across a portfolio to execute a unified advertising strategy.
Stay ahead of industry trends by actively engaging in events, training, and trade publications.
Confidently articulate the role of audience-first planning, cross-platform activation, and performance measurement in today's fragmented media landscape.
Maintain a deep understanding of the Advanced Advertising ecosystem and competitive marketplace.
A Leader by Example
In partnership with AA Management, work closely with and mentor your Account Manager(s) to develop into future sales leadersCreate meaningful opportunities for Account Managers to participate in client-facing sales efforts and strategic conversations.
Deliver best-in-class client service throughout the campaign lifecycle, including onboarding, stewardship, optimization recommendations, and post-campaign reporting.
Foster strong collaboration with Planning, Data Solutions, Measurement, Product, Operations, and Sales teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of advertising sales or agency experience, with a demonstrated understanding of how data flows throughout the ecosystem, and is applied in planning, execution, and measurement

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $93,000.00-150,000.00 (+70% SIP).
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
