Description

We are looking for a dependable part-time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-focused, and comfortable handling a mix of front-desk support, clerical coordination, and accurate record management. The role will contribute to a well-run office by managing communications, processing information, and keeping administrative workflows on track.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, directing inquiries clearly and efficiently.

Enter, update, and maintain office records and other information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Prepare routine reports, organize supporting documentation, and help ensure information is available when needed.

Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail to keep correspondence moving smoothly through the office.

Maintain physical and digital filing systems so documents remain accessible, current, and well organized.

Provide general administrative support such as scheduling, document preparation, and coordination of day-to-day office tasks.

Assist with reception coverage and help create a detail-focused, responsive experience for visitors and staff.

Support clerical activities related to office procedures, including record updates and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, receptionist, or office support role.

Strong data entry skills with the ability to maintain accuracy while handling repetitive tasks.

Comfortable answering inbound calls and communicating clearly with internal and external contacts.

Working knowledge of general office practices, including filing, mail handling, and document organization.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize effectively, and stay organized in a busy environment.

Proficiency with standard office technology and common administrative software.
